Application

Zircon concentrate is produced in the form of natural granular size material or in powder form and is intended for the production of refractory products and materials, enamels, glazes, glass, zirconium metal, ferro-alloys and master alloys with zirconium, as well as for use in the foundry industry and other purposes.

Zircon concentrate is produced in three grades: KTSZ (granular), PCC (powdered) and KTSPT (finely divided powder).

Safety requirements

Zircon concentrate fire and explosion at the impact on the body is a substance of the 4th class of danger.

Packing

Zircon concentrate packed in two bags: the inner and outer paper bag from visco-propylene or other technical fabrics, special soft disposable containers, as well as the packaging of the consumer or other containers, which provides cargo.

Guaranteed shelf life

Shelf life is unlimited.

Storage time outdoors of packed zirconium concentrate should not exceed the period of storage specified on the packaging itself, after which exposure will compromise the strength and integrity of the packaging.
